Her specialties include providing executive-level administrative support and content writing for various industries. She uses her diverse skill set to deliver quality work that produces desired outcomes. As the Client Intake Specialist at Sure Path Solutions, Diana is proud to create emergency preparedness manuals that help save lives and reduce injuries during emergencies.
Phil Ayala
Phillip Ayala is a retired Fire Department Captain who served the Los Angeles Fire Department for 38 years. During his career, he protected life, property, and the environment with his expertise in fire prevention, firefighting, emergency medical care, technical rescue, hazardous materials mitigation, high-rise inspection, and disaster response. He was a model captain with exceptional group leadership, quality assurance, and rapid problem-solving skills. Under his command, the Los Angeles Fire Department maintained compliance and efficiently responded to emergencies at a moment's notice. As a Certified Fire/Life Safety Trainer at Sure Path Solutions, Phillip remains committed to emergency preparedness education and ensuring building code compliance.
Brenda Galvan
Brenda Galvan is a University of Phoenix graduate with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She proudly utilizes learned concepts as the dedicated educator of her homeschooled children. Brenda applies her knowledge of business management to the development of her children’s curriculum by incorporating general tactics, technical skills, business principles, and life lessons. As a Department Manager at Sure Path Solutions, Brenda maintains client compliance with the administration of floor warden exemptions, Fire Safety Director and Floor Warden Cards and the annual approval of emergency preparedness manuals.
